MANAGER's REPORT

Dog Cemetery The dog cemetery on Beaver Creek Club grounds was put in place many years ago to provide members a place to bury their hunting dogs. As a reminder to all members - the cemetery is only for members hunting dogs that have been used for hunting Beaver Creek Club. No other dogs or pets are to be buried in the Beaver Creek Club Cemetery.

Deer Hunting The Club will be closed to all activities on Monday, December 2nd and Tuesday, December 3rd.

Guest and Waiting List Policy - A guest, whether on the waiting list or not, is entitled to visit Beaver Creek Club one (1) time per month with a member present. The only exception to this policy are the following Club sponsored events: Men’s Steak Roast, Annual Golf Outing, and Annual Pig Roast. Guests are never to utilize the Club without a member present.
 
Christmas Fund CardsAll members should have received by now the annual Christmas fund contribution cards in the mail. Please keep our Club management and staff in mind during the holiday season. A great way to show your appreciation for all they do during the year is by making a contribution to the Christmas fund.
 
Private Parties It is the busiest time of the year for private parties at the Club. Please use the Club website calendar which is regularly updated to know when the clubhouse is booked for a private party.

Shooting & Hunting Report

December Tower ShootsThere are a few remaining stations (2 shooters per station) available for the December 28th Tower Shoot. If you wish to reserve a station, please call Tim or Noah at the Club at 440.988.8884.

Range Safety and CleanlinessEvery member that uses the rifle and pistol ranges are to adhere to all firearms safety rules as well as Club rules. The entry gates must remain closed at all times. On the rifle range, whenever you move down range for target set up, you must turn the safety light on. And, DO NOT leave the ranges without cleaning up your mess. Empty ammunition boxes, water bottles, etc. should be thrown away and all equipment (sand bags or stands) returned to the tables or cabinet. Do not leave equipment on the ground or out in the elements.

Holstering of FirearmsThe holstering of firearms on ranges is strictly prohibited. All firearms should be placed on a table or kept in a case.
