MANAGER's REPORT
Thanks to all members for your continued support and patience as we manage the various stay-at-home and social distancing mandates. Our membership has truly risen to the occasion and so I ask that you continue to follow the guidelines to ensure we can slowly begin to utilize the Club.
Governor DeWine has recently announced various phased plans to slowly “Re-Open Ohio” and so we will slowly "Re-Open Beaver Creek Club". All members must carefully follow these new protocols so we can take advantage of some of our activities while not jeopardizing the end goal of fully re-opening. Here is our initial phase one plan effective Monday, May 4th:
Guests:
- At this time guests are not permitted to visit Beaver Creek Club – Members Only
Clubhouse:
- Will remain closed to activities for the foreseeable future. You may enter to use the restroom or to obtain equipment from your locker.
- Limit the amount of time inside of the clubhouse.
- The clubhouse includes the enclosed back porch.
- No socializing in the clubhouse at all.
- No cooking and/or eating meals in the clubhouse or back porch.
- Social distancing required.
Club Grounds:
- Social distancing required.
- CDC guidelines mandate 6 feet of distancing.
- Includes all shooting activities and back patio (around firepit – not enclosed back porch which remains closed).
Activities Opening on May 4th w/ Rules:
- Pistol Range
- Max of 2 members with distancing
- Rifle Range
- Max of 2 members with distancing
- 5-Stand
- 2 members per squad
- Skeet
- 2 members per squad
- Sporting Clay’s Course

As Governor DeWine continues to update guidelines and mandates for future re-opening phases, Beaver Creek Club will adjust accordingly. Emails will be sent as updates and announcements become available.
