BOARD REPORT

A message from Club Management and the Board pertaining to Covid-19 and Club:

These are certainly trying times we are facing. With various closures of businesses, work from home policies in place, and now the mandate for no collective groups larger than 10 people, we too are faced with some changes to our regular Beaver Creek Club routine. In order to follow Governor DeWine’s guidelines, the following changes will be put in place immediately and indefinitely.

  • League Dinner – the clay’s league dinner scheduled for tomorrow Wednesday, March18th is postponed and will be rescheduled at a future date.
  • Wednesday Night Dinners and All Other Meals – in an effort to enforce the guideline of no more than 10 people gathering, all meals at the Club are to cease immediately until further notice. Refrain from using the indoor and outdoor kitchen and please do not bring food into the Club from a restaurant or caterer.
  • Tower Shoots – the final tower shoots will remain scheduled, but there will be no luncheon following.
  • Bird Hunting & Clay Shooting – the Club will remain open for these activities for the foreseeable future. Again, please plan to use the Club for these activities only and no large group gatherings or meals.

The Club is being cleaned and disinfected twice per day. Please do you part too – if you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 such as fever, shortness of breath, or a cough, please do not visit the Club. If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 and you believe you were in contact with anyone while visiting the Club, please callTim or Noah immediately.

The Board and Management Team hope the guidelines set forth will allow us to remain open for hunting and shooting. However, should anything change, we will send an email right away. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Tim King directly.

Stay safe and see you at the club…

Kevin Latchford
